212 Tax Solutions is a Rotterdam-based tax consultancy firm, specialized in Dutch corporate tax returns en tax positions in annual accounts. 212 Tax Solutions can also temporarily assist or staff your tax function (interim tax management). Finally we can organise training in these areas, tailored to your needs.

Our main focus is on Netherlands-based (subsidiaries of) international companies, but we can also service nationally or regionally oriented businesses. Through our international network we can also service you outside of the Netherlands. You will find more information on the specific services on the respective service-pages.

Our line of services is aimed at fullfulling tax obligations correctly and efficiently.

Over the last few years people started to think differently about paying taxes. More and more companies want to comply with their tax reporting obligations in an appropriate and efficient manner, albeit forced by the public opinion. Tax structuring that leaves an image where the large corporate world is not paying its fair share, is more and more exposed and critized.
